It’s usually the darkest seasons in our life that cause us to rise and become the mighty oaks we were born to be.  It was during one of those dark seasons that a seed of vision came to life. Two years after leaving her corporate banking career to be home with her newborn son, Jaime Cross began to feel the daunting emptiness of mediocrity.
